Notion

As of Oct 15, 2026 the ARTIFICE workspace is one paid seat (admin@artificenyc.org). It remains the team document and task layer: 26 guests keep view access on shared pages. Structured databases migrate to owned infrastructure over time (see the Grants Tracker plan).

The CRM

The partnerships CRM runs at seance.pages.dev, custom-built on Cloudflare D1. A contact is WARM only with a traceable two-way email plus a meeting; everything else is cold.

This site's home app: intake, curation, and publication for RADAR signals, with the war-room mirror.

Cloudflare

Workers Paid is active on the Artifice account ($5/mo). D1 backs the CRM and the INDEX database.
